We want you to be happy with your purchase! But if you are not, please follow the conditions below for hassle free returns & exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes online orders that are returned in-store. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees when returned back to the store. We do not offer prepaid shipping labels for returns and exchanges.
Condition: Returned items must be in the original, unused condition, with all tags intact and attached, and sent via a trackable method. Items must be free of odors such as smoke, free of pet hair, and in overall new condition. Please do not try to return an item that has been, even briefly, exposed to smoke.
Full Priced Items: Full priced items can be returned up to two weeks for a full refund via the method of payment used at purchase, less original shipping fees if applicable. Weeks 3 and 4 post-purchase, you will be issued a store-credit (in-store purchases) or a gift card (online purchases) in the amount of the purchase, less any shipping fees if applicable. After one month, the item is yours to keep.
Final Sale Items: Items at 50% off or more are considered final sale items and cannot be returned. Other items considered final sale are personalized items or items that were custom ordered just for you. Holiday items become final sale on the day of the holiday. Holiday items postmarked on the day of the holiday or after will be rejected.

You will be notified via email when we receive your return. Please note that it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to be reflected in your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy.
Return Procedures:If you would like to return or exchange an item, please call or email us for a return form and return authorization and we will email you instructions. Please include this form in your package. We ask to be notified of returns simply so that we can follow tracking and watch for the return in the mail so that you will be properly refunded. You are responsible for sending the package to us via a trackable return method. If you do not use a trackable method and the package is lost, we cannot refund you. We assume responsibility of returns as soon as they are marked delivered to our store in the tracking information. Most in stock items will ship via USPS within 12-24 business hours of receipt of the order. Payment must be cleared before the order is processed. Shipping times may be longer during high volume sales and events. You will receive an email when your order ships. Preorder items will be shipped within 72 hours of their arrival at our store provided that the items have been paid in full. Expected preorder ship dates are noted on each product page.
We normally ship via USPS.
